Dr. Samrat Health Care Cancellation & Refund Policy (as seen on their website) states that customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not already been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the customer will need to wait until they receive it and after receiving the shipment customer has to make an unboxing video of the shipment as proof if he/she got any wrong, damaged, or missing products, if the customer will not providing proper clear unboxing video then the Dr. Samrat Health Care shall not be liable for any claim regarding the wrong, damaged or missing products and without sufficient unboxing video of the shipment it will count out of Dr. Samrat Health Care return policy.

If the customer receives a damaged or defective product, they can request a replacement or a refund. If the product is not as described on the website, the customer can request a refund or an exchange.
